Adult Programs ( For ages 13 & Up )

Children's Programs ( For ages 6- 12 )

Give your kids a head start! Studies show that the early years are some of the most important for your child's development. That's why it's so important to give them the best foundation possible.

Here at Freestyle Martial Arts Academy we are especially proud of our children's programs. We give children the foundational building blocks that they need to have a smooth, happy, successful life. Some of these essential tools include focus, self control, respect, self confidence, and honor.

Toddlers ages ( For ages 3-5 )

This children's martial arts program introduces young children to safe falling, tumbling, coordination, flexibility and self confidence. Your youngster will also learn social skills, playground skills, focus, patience, self control, and the importance of never initiating violence. Classes are fun, full of action, taught in a supportive, nurturing environment and kept short to accommodate the smaller attention spans of preschoolers.

In addition to your child learning the world's best martial art, they will also learn a new character development skill each month. We cover subjects like honesty, being polite, making good choices, and being helpful, plus give your child the self confidence to apply these lessons in everyday life. Children learn commitment and goal setting when they sign the Children's Agreement with their parents.
